What a good book on World War 2 medals for the care of war heroes?

I am doing a research project social and I draw attention to various medals of the First World War 2 hero. My teacher makes us use resources Non-Internet three. I have absolutely no idea what books I could use. So if you know a book that would be useful, let me know!

You do not mention if you do not want U.S. or any country. There is a biography of Nancy Wake, a woman born in New Zealand who studied in Australia and became a Australian citizen. I think the biography is called "the white mouse." He worked as a journalist in Paris during the war was a Resistance member French and has been nicknamed the "white mouse" by the Gestapo. Nancy Wake is the most decorated World War II-2 with five (5) British medals, including the George Medal (the second prize at a British civil servant can not win.) This is a biography of the greatest General.Orde Wingate, a British soldier who saw action in Palestine, North Africa and Burma. He won the Distinguished Service Order (DSO) three times mentioned in dispatches. In total, would had more than seven medals, including a large number for a British soldier. (ASM is a medal, but with bars indicate how long you've won). Wingate helped train Jewish Palmach early 1930, which caused problems with his superiors. There are several biographies of Field Marshal Montgomery, a British general who fought in the War-1 and PD-2. Montgomery wrote several books and autobiographies. Other biographies about him are: the art of leadership, by the Full Monty Montgomery, Monty Hamilton and Nigel Patton, by Michael Reynolds The Memoirs of Field Marshal Montgomery, Monty Montgomery, Charles Whiting, Montgomery, Nigel Hamilton. ===== I would not try to receive their medals Eisenhower after the war because he was the "Supreme Commander of Allied Forces European theater. "Before that, he had no combat or campaign medals, only Service medals. Eisenhower never entered into military combat in his career.
